Andrey Lenda was born in Tekeli, Kazakh SSR. After graduating from school, he became a student at the Ural Institute of Economics, Management and Law, and chose the direction of legal regulation of economic activity. Career
Industrial sector
After graduating, he stayed to work at UVZ. After leaving the position of senior foreman and engineer, he moved to the marketing, advertising and sales department. After that, its functions included overseeing the production of consumer goods. Over the next few years, he led a number of other areas.
For the entire period of labor activity at the enterprise, which was more than 14 years, he made a significant contribution to:
- revival and development of the factory youth organization;
- technical re-equipment of canteens, which made it possible to increase the speed and level of service;
- promotion of a health improvement program for employees of the enterprise and their relatives;
- organization of annual health-improving holidays for children.
In the authorities
In the period from 2012 to 2019 Andrey Lenda himself as an efficient and executive political technologist. As head of the administration of Nizhny Tagil, he was engaged in improving the management model of the municipal service and applying completely new production approaches, methods and practices. Thus, a number of management processes were automated, including the introduction of software for working with electronic documents.
The functionality of Andrey Lenda included the following areas:
- interaction with civil society institutions;
- implementation of the program for the development of rural areas;
- assistance in increasing the efficiency of the work of district and territorial administrations.
With him, the number of territorial self-government bodies doubled, and the TOS Association was also created.
In 2017, Andrey Yevgenyevich Lenda was close to moving to the deputy duma of Nizhny Tagil, but, having abandoned the mandate, he remained in the administrative building. From the following year, he headed the contract service of the mayor's office in the field of procurement, which was responsible for planning and executing the procurement of goods and services in order to meet the needs of the industrial city.
In 2018, the system of interaction between representatives of the authorities and the public of Nizhny Tagil became the best among all municipal practices participating in the regional competition.
Social and community projects
Literally from the first days of his stay at Uralvagonzavod, Andrey Evgenievich plunged into the social life of the enterprise. He was among those who participated in the revival of the youth public organization at the plant. He worked as an assistant to the director, supervised interaction with young specialists of the enterprise.
He led the committee of the youth organization, which was recognized as the best in the entire region. Under Lend, its membership expanded significantly and reached seven thousand members.
During the same period, he headed the regional organization of working youth.
In 2008, he won the city competition "Leader of the Year", leaving behind a number of leaders of youth organizations of enterprises from the industrial sector. Two years later, he was elected to the youth parliament at the Sverdlovsk Regional Duma.
He headed the headquarters of youth labor brigades for nine years.
In 2011, he was entrusted with the leadership of the factory headquarters responsible for the election of the head of state.
A year later, he oversaw the city headquarters for the election of the mayor of Nizhny Tagil.
Andrey Lenda has made a significant contribution to the creation and promotion of the initiative, the purpose of which is to protect the rights and interests of workers, to raise their status in society. The movement was called "In defense of the working man." In just six months, the project reached the all-Russian level. At present, the movement continues to exist, but in a different form.
Also, under Lenda, another social movement was born, the main mission of which was to reduce the negative impact of industrial enterprises on the ecosystem of Nizhny Tagil. This project was called "Clean City". Its functions included the analysis of the state of the environment, the use of modern technologies and solutions in production, planting greenery and participation in activities to change the structure of the waste management system.
In 2020, Lenda became a semi-finalist of the All-Russian open competition of managers "Leaders of Russia".
BSK
In the same year, Andrey Evgenievich Lenda joined the management of Bashkir Soda Company. He was invited to the post of adviser to the general director of the enterprise.
Today, he is responsible for promoting the company at the federal level, interacting with state institutions, political and public organizations, and the media. An experienced manager takes an active part in the internal social processes of the company.
He pays special attention to working with young people, supporting promising employees in achieving their goals.
Last autumn Andrey Lenda was among the main initiators of the II Forum of Working Youth of the BSC - a platform for self-development, exchange of experience and knowledge, popularization of working professions and technical specialties, as well as the creation new projects. During the event, trainings, business games, lectures and master classes were held. The company's management discussed with the young employees the company's development strategy, further modernization of production facilities, as well as training programs and a labor safety culture.
For the second year in a row, the manager oversees the holding of the International Scientific and Practical Conference. This year, its participants discussed the development of industry education, technological processes, digital transformation, environmental issues, etc.
He is also preparing the concept of the company's presentation stands for major exhibition events, such as the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Private life, hobbies
Married, has a daughter. He is an MS candidate in rock climbing and is interested in hiking, as well as archery and car racing.
